We've got the basic descriptions and power requirements for the tier 1 crafting events in place, BUT we could really use the same information for tier 2 and above responses.
To save myself and/or whomever ends up webbing this for the site a lot of nightmares, while I'm asking for help, I'm also asking that you give me that help in a specific way.

List the tier information for the upgraded response, which response it is an upgrade to (match the icons) as well as which what it affects from the mouseover description for it and the power uses.
For example:
Calligraphy (tier 2 upgrade to Lettering): increases durability by a small amount, lowers power by a small amount, power 11

Is power usage constant or based off your max power, ie a percentage? I guess I could check by going out and leveling but people want so many stroma and tempers I haven't seen daylight in days. :)
EDIT: I just checked that link you gave against the figures I have documented personally and the power figures ARE off. For the Alchemy Tier 1 Responses you list 11, 22 and 33 as the power cost, but for me they cost 12, 24, 36. I'm going to guess they are % based.

All artisan power usages are percentage based, just like all damages you take from tradeskills are percentage based.

Not true. You can be killed by tradeskill events, I saw 3 people eaten by forges last night alone. So unless the percentage for those damages are above 100%, they are not straight percentages ;)
Your skills also are not percentage based, I'm sure everyone knows you can easily run out of power by spamming certain skills.

Forge has some horrendous critical failures to your health. I think I read Niami saying that two in a row can kill you. If it wasn't Niami then I apologise but I did read it on the boards here somewhere.
It is % based as far as I have seen.

It is not % of current health... it is % of MAX health.
So... multiple bad events can kill you :/ and Forge is tough, being a large percentage of your health.
And yes. That guide should remove the fixed cost and we need to over time figure the percentage :)

I would suggest that we list the % of your max power that it uses. IE if it says it uses 12 power and your max power is 245 then it uses 4.898% (or 5%) and the 5% figure is listed in the guide. Seems to be the only way to be accurate. I'll start getting the scholar %'s.

When providing power costs, please be sure to indicate your current maximum power. Remember, all of these are suppose to be percentage costs, so it will be different for everyone. Given enough data points, we should be able to confidently determine the percentage or otherwise find some pattern.

Ok, going at this from the power end (at least for the purposes of this chart) is going to make things more complex, and more confusing for the starting crafter, so I did a bit of a redesign to the page.
All the rest of the information folks posted in this thread should be on that page now, though, with the following exceptions.
I did the rest of Arcana Tier 2:
Lettering (Tier 2 of Calligraphy) 0,+14 (-small power)
Notation (Tier 2 of Notation) 0,+14 (-small success)
Spell Binding (Tier 2 of Spell Weaving) +20,14
Erm, Lettering, Notation and Spell Binding are the Tier ONE versions, with the ones in parens being the tier 2 names ... which do the numbers go with? The tier 1 versions or the tier 2? :)
Anneal (tier 2 upgrade to indurate)
increases progress by a small amount, lowers power by a small amount, power 6
Anneal is the tier 1 version, indurate is the tier 2. Will snag the description of the tier 2 from my outfitter and update the page in a sec. :)

Conjecture (upgrade to Theory): +10 Durabilty, -20 Progress (note this wont stack with conceptualize)
Speculation (upgrade to Experiment): +5 Durability, -4.5% power approx (note this wont stack with analyze)

(note: while Seasoning is the teir 2 upgrade to Spice Up, they branch in two directions for teir 3, with one upgrade following the durability line and the other following the progress line -- same with the other upgrades. Each follows one of the previous 2 teirs in what areas it affects).

I received different numbers when I ran my Light Armoring tests. Here is what I saw:

Binding: 10, 0 (43 power)
Embroider: 10, -40

Where do you post your numbers?
The article on the mainpage seems to be off at some things I checked. I don't trust it at the moment since I don't see whats new and whats still old.
I have my own chart based on forums and my own experience (mostly Jewlery/Sage)

You can take Arcana and Runecraft from my list up to Tier3. I checked them myself and they are accurate :)
Do I understand you right (english not native - excuse me *g*), all numbers on the article are accurate up to Tier2 except those you excluded? That would explain a lot :)

Tier 3 Jewelry (think its called runecraft)
Precognition (upgrade to telekensis) -6 dur +14 prog
Oval Cut (upgrade to square cut) -0 dur +18 prog
Fixation of Spirit (upgrade to other spirits) -0 dur +14 prog lowers chance of success.
I have confirmed since the patch on Jan 6-7 that the jewelry buffs DO stack with each other. You can only use 3 buffs per round due to reset timers, but the tier 3 buffs all stack. My rounds are usually -56 +42 (that lowered chance usually gets me pretty good).

a few things - can I get your actual power numbers (not just the percentage)? I prefer to do an average of various sets so I can get a better idea, ie is it really 6%, or 5.75%?
also, for synthesis (tier 2 alchemy), I was consistently getting -20 to progress. has anyone else?

Perhaps you can check Alchemy Tier3 Buffs again? http://mboards.eqtraders.com/eq2/showthread.php?t=2927 is a list of them and they don't fit with the table on the mainpage.
Also the description for Arcana T3:
-> Scribing does medium increase progress / small decrease power
-> Record does small increase progress / small decrease sucess
-> Incantation does small increase progress / small decrease durability

We have pretty much given up on trying to make a chart until they change reaction arts (http://www.mboards.eqtraders.com/eq2/showthread.php?t=7004), but the information is useful to have until those changes happen.

A ways ago I made a little system for all these. I think it's still somewhat up to date, and I'll be checking it again after they update so that it will be up to date then.

I was working on a change of the ZTradeSkills mod but I found a way to make /useabilities even when not on english language. But I stilled missed some infos. Now I got them :)
