When can Adept3 combat arts and spell upgrades be scribed?

Hi, all. New here. Firmly entrenched in EQ2 tradeskills. It's a sickness.

Anyway, I recently scribed an advanced scholar volume and saw some adept3 items in it. I'd like to try making them, but before I take any heroic measures I was wondering if anyone knew when they could be scribed.

If you have the spell or skill, then you can scribe the adept3 version.

Adept3 is coming from special books (Artisan Arcana Scrolls Volume 9) that are dropped, using ingredients that are rare. You also need "Artisan Components Volumes 5 & 6" and "Artisan Refining Volume 4" for the subcompnents.

Perhaps you mean Apprentice3 which start at lvl6 and use regular stuff
