Summoner Spell Adept3

I just harvested a Lapis Lazuli and I was wondering for the summoners out there which spell is best used to make this for adept 3? currently 13scholar and lvl 14 summoner.

Congrats! I plan on using mine for Tellurian Recruit if I can ever find one, although that might be a waste because of the new pet at level 20. It's a tough call - Dust Blast would be good for extra damage, Essence Shift would probably keep your mana refreshed more easily. I think I'd still go for the pet though.

The level 20 pet is a caster if I remember correctly, so it wouldn't be a total waste getting your tellurian recruit adept3 as you don't get the next warrior pet until mid twenties or higher.

I was thinking about Lighting Burst but is Dust Storm or Lightning Burst better? Other choices that i can make are Static Pulse, Gift of Magi, or Arcane Shackles. As for Tellurian Recruit adept 3, i found that it requires lvl 28 scholar which is a long way to go.

My App 1 Dust Storm doesnt always hit for max damage, but when it does it is a few points more than my App3 Lightning Burst. So upgrading Dust Storm would be better.

Im not sure about upgrading Static Pulse or Arcane Shackles. you should get upgraded versions in your late teens.

I believe lapis is only used for tier 1.. lv 1-9.. spells. Tellariun recruit and dust storm can NOT be upgraded to adept III with lapis. Tier 2 spells require Silver or Coral..
Still, deciding between
LB, SP, AB, etc is not an easy choice.
I chose LB when i got my lapis, but i did not notice a huge difference with damage or resists. I would suggest using it on AB, as it will be a spell that could save your life the most often.. =)
