I'm loosing my mind. For one, teir one items are way to camped to get items from and i want to buy some materials to work on outfitting. But then i notice no merchants sell the stuff, where can i get iron and burlap to create stuff because post 10 i bought all the stuff from merchants.

You're missing that socities will not sell interim ingredients above level 10 until such time as their status improves through quests performed for them. Until that happens you'll need to trade and/or buy what you need from player artisans.

all your outfitter goods require Tier 2 ingreidnts menaing things that are accuqired in Anotonica or Commonlands. And you will need a Scholar to create the proper chemicals for you. (and perhaps patterns and buckles/studs as well)

I noticed someone was selling iron and electrum ore the other day and brought some from him. Perhaps there are similar enterprising harvesters who are willing to sell their harvests to you.

Supposidly the consignment merchants would sell those items, now that they are fixed maybe people will start selling to those merchants more. I would check there also to see. There should be one located just inside your outfitter society and several spread out throughout qeynos.
