I think the title says it all. Not onlydo we need them for our tempers and washes, but we need them for pommels, buckles, and a host of other things. Finding a carpenterand a woodworker would be essential as well, seeing as we need paper for patterns and shafts for spears/axes etc. Plus within our own society the tailor is going to be important to both metalworking clases, making the previously mentioned patterns, leather hilts for the hafted weapons, padding etc.
