Artisan arcana scrolls volume 9 question

I just recently got my grubby little hands on this book. I know it is for rare Adept III spells. My question is this: are other dropped books going to be required in order to complete these recipes? Or with my general artisan skills and this book (along with rare components) will I be able to create what the book details?

yes, you will need the refining 4 book, and the components 5&6 book :(
