T8 items vs masters

I saw that t8 items have a 20-25% chance of a mana in the faq's and trolling around different threads, but i couldn't find if masters had a different % of getting a mana. This just a myth or is it fact?

Masters are the same as any other fabled.

And 20-25% is just a rough number I believe... 1-in-5 I hear a lot, although my luck on 'muting fabled bits has been worse.
