Needed fer me wif'es craftsmen task. Cannae see it on the alchemist or the craftsman. And i coulda sworn me outfitter has nothing past skill 9.

Any hints, or these 'missing'

Vodka and Orange juice are lvl 16 or 17 craftsman recipes, Im quite sure of that. As for yeast I have no idea, I just get mine from the wholesaler.
