I have a correction for the Harvesting Tools Reference page (which is nice to have in one place by the way!). The woodworker tools are based on your adventuring OR crafting level, whichever is higher. My level 14 swashbuckling woodworker was using the level 30 briarwood tools as soon as he could make them as a 39 woodworker.
