I did the whole quest but did not get enough faction for the Gud Eets ogre to sell me kindling. *sniff*

I found out after the fact that my faction information was mistaken. TG faction is basically of no use to the non-adventuring crafter, and is just there as a reward to keep it in line with the adventurer version of the quest.

TG is not trying to lure pure crafters up there, and thus they don't earn enough faction for the overpriced vendors. They're more than happy, however, to let adventurers do a lot of the dirty work involved in keeping the area safer - then charge them an arm and a leg for everything under the sun once they finally earn enough faction to shop there.

(translation - you really don't want to shop there, anyway, as you pay through the nose for the "convenience" of shopping there. Pick up your fuels and such at home and bring them with you if you plan on crafting up there for any reason.)

What a great quest had such a good time with my level 18 Templar/level 70 weaponsmith! Domino Dev is my favorite second only to my almighty Denmother! I can remember when Mum got me through all the shawl quests in EQ1! Would love to see a quest line for crafters similar to that in EQ2.
