I am wondering if effects stack, specifically on +healing adornments. Would these stack to be +60 to healing?

Sparkling Restorative Clasp: +20 Healing to a neck item.

Sparkling Restorative Stitching: +20 Healing to a hand slot item.

Sparkling Clemency Of The Pontiff: +20 to a weapon. (also wondering if you could use 1 of these in each slot, primary/secondary)


Do beneficial effects stack if there are on different slots? How does this work? Do you just get the +20 no matter how many slots have it or do they stack/add up? sorry for not having links as my post count is not high enough as of yet.

Yes different + healings stack.

I do add a note of caution though, as I've heard that there at least used to be a cap somewhere around +90, but I've also heard that it may have been removed/raised.

But yes they stack normally, so those three +20s would give you +60 on your heals.

There's two caps...

The first is the same as for damage spells, 2x the original value. So if a spell heals for 250-500, you can adorn/healing-pulse/etc it up to 500-1000.

The second (which may be fixed, but I highly doubt it) is just for the Warden's hand-icon healing spells (Sylvan Streams and Verdant Bliss at max level). The plus-to-heal is divided between the initial heal and the HoT ticks... then the HoT ticks cap out at a bugged value around 90. Check the Warden boards (at station.sony.com) if you care. If you're not a warden, you're not gimped like that.
