Is there anyplace I can find a list of which items I need to transmute to get certain components? i.e., what do I have to transmute to get Infusion of Water?

I don't know the EXACT system offhand, but the higher "tier" items provide the bigger badder stuff - I know treasured will almost (if not) exclusively yield mostly fragments with some powders thrown in - If I recall correctly Legendary yields mostly powders with some infusions. I could be wrong. There's a post on it somewhere.

There is only one crafting tier level (ie., 20-29) that provides infusion of water. It would be the one that the recipe is in (so if the recipe that requires Infusion of Water is level 15, then any item capable of granting an infusion from 10-19 would be able to create it). Each tier level uses one fragment, one powder and one infusion (and one of something else if I recall right) - kinda like in normal crafting tailoring ALWAYS uses tubers for 10-19 and tubers are found in the T2 zones. So basically, whatever level the recipe is, find legendary and/or fabled items in that tier and start munging them. You won't get an infusion off treasured items (or if you can it's extremely rare, I've never gotten one.. for all reasonable purposes just assume it's impossible).

If you get really lucky you get both, the common and the rare one.
