Greetings,

I've thrown together a spreadsheet of all the various adornments in the game at all tiers. It's attached here as a CSV (comma separated value) file, which should read cleanly into most spreadsheet software.

It's all hand-entered, so it's not guaranteed 100% correct, but I've been using it to decide what to make for my stable of alts... If you find errors, harass me and I'll update it.

I prefer the spreadsheet format for something like this so I can sort easily by tier, crafter, equipment slot, treasured/legendary/fabled-ness, etc. etc. If someone wants to pump the info into the wiki, feel free, but you may want to double-check the numbers.

The last nine columns are which weapon size and damage category an adornment can be applied to (DWC = dual wield crushing, 2HS = two handed slashing, etc.) As I'm not nearly rich enough to have made all of these, I'm trusting their descriptions are accurate.

Damage values for procs were taken from my dumb-as-a-stump Iksar bruiser (just punch it until it falls over, don't need be smart), so I think they represent the minimum damage proc values.

I didn't put the 'up to' wording in the descriptions of the spell and healing damage increase adornments... they are normalized to casting time or DoT tick count, and not a flat value, just like the various Symmetry and Bolt Of Energy cloak effects.

I was looking at adornments my jeweler could make and noticed that ones with effects usually were accompanied with a note that they would have a maximum total of 1 or 3 procs. Does that mean that they have that total for the life of the adornment (3 procs and it is time to replace it) or is that the limit per encounter or is it the limit per some time period (say per minute as hinted at in your spreadsheet)?

Up front, adornments don't "wear out". They work forever.

The effects of the healing adornments are complex... there's 2 separate "procs" involved. As an example, a Scintillating Oscillating Fastening...

1) There is a 10% chance for it to apply a healing effect every time you Parry an attack.
2) once you parry and that 10% proc goes off, a Templar/Inquisitor-like reactive healing buff is placed on you (and appears in your spell effects bar.)
3) while that buff is active, the next three times you are hit for damage, you are healed for 88-107 health.

The proc-per-minute notation is just like the "1.8 procs per minute" currently applied to Imbued tradeskilled weapons: it's the new notation for procs that are "normalized" by casting speed or weapon delay... if you stand around autoattacking/combat-art'ing or chain-casting for 1 minute, you should average that many procs.

(Edit: I "need" to "use" more "scare quotes" I "think".)

While I didn't think they would "wear out", it wasn't beyond the realm of possibility. I also "understand" that the "examination" description is, of necessity, cramped and brief and I like your "description" much better. Too bad they couldn't have said the same thing in as few words as they used.

Thank you for the "explanation". Did I use enough ' " 's?

Thanks!

It does need a couple edits, when I get some spare time... the sage-made wrist adorns are now +2% parry and not +1% block, and the sage-made weapon adornment has been copied down to tier 1 so the first 2 sage books aren't empty anymore.

EDIT: oh yeah, the new tinker-made bow adornments aren't here either, and won't be for a while. My tinker is still very lowbie.

Cool!

For ease of use if you highlight the first line after importing into Excel, Select Data > Filter and cehck Auto Filter you can browse faster.

I've added the tinkered bow adornments, and fixed the missing/modified sage adornments. Should be up-to-date again unless I missed something in the patch notes.

It looks like Sages only get 1 recipe per tier.. is that right? Or is it out of date still?

It was up to date before RoK; now it's obviously not because it has no tier 8 stuff. :)

It's on my list of things to do. But yeah, since sages get so many recipes of their own, they get very few adornments. One per tier until higher levels. Then two. :)

Nudge me in a PM when/if you get this updated with the RoK stuff, Prrasha, and I'll be happy to host a copy on the site.

It seems that the only time I think about this is right after several changes, so I file it on my mental back burner, then totally space on it again. {blush}
