Ice Comet ad3 what book?

Since the database here and at EQ2Craft is not complete, can anyone tell me if IC adept 3 is in adv sage 49 or 50?

I have been told it is in 49 when the spell is level 50.

As the level 50 crafter book is actually T6 instead of T5 and there was a time when T6 didn't exist, you'll find a bunch of level 50 spells (technically T6, but hey...) in the T5 level 49 book. I doubt they'll ever move those, because if they do, those who don't get the expansion will be missing original content.
