In Freeport, tried four times now to complete a task. He asks for app3 fo rsome reason. I make them and he says come back when I'm done. Tried making app2 and get same response. Werid thing is I get the notice and 'noise' when I'm making the app3 - journal changes. Am I bugged or is npc bugged?
