Anyone know an easy way to make these rares w/o having a lvl 30 do it for me? Indigo ink is what I am talking about

Ummm. Indigo ink is made either by a lvl 20 Alchy (advanced Alchy 20 book) or by any other 20+ crafter using the advanced apothecary 2 book. Keep in mind that this book is very rare and normally sells for a lot of gold
