I'm waiting, waiting, waiting for my game to be shipped, and just wondering why SOE hasn't shipped it yet...

To Station Store customers who have pre-ordered or ordered the EverQuest II: Collectors Edition:

We experienced an unfortunate delay with U.S. Customs in clearing importation of recent shipments of the "tin" in which it is packaged. As a result we will not begin shipping the orders for these units until late this week.

We offer you our apology. At this time we would like to offer you the ability to cancel your Station Store pre-order or order. No refund is necessary as your product has not been shipped and you have not been charged for the purchase.

To cancel send your Station Name and Order number to returns@soe.sony.com. Requests for cancellation must be received by 6:00 PM PST on Wednesday, November 10, 2004. Once you request the cancellation you will be unable to reinstate that order. If you decide you want the product you will need to visit the Station Store to repurchase it.

We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

Felt more like 24, and all full of lead clusters! And I can't say I understand why Best Buy had about 34,000 of them and SOE can't get their personal supply into the country. This was Tuesday the 9th. :rolleyes:

apparently the future shops (aka best buy in canada) in my area aren't even ordering the CE as far as I know. so it's over to ebgames... whose shipment was supposed to come today... sheesh

It didn't prevent one of my DVDs from being heavily scratched. :mad:

However, things are still working enough for the game to have installed on my (yes, you're reading it right) Pentium 3 / 700 MHz machine, and it's playable enough to be endurable until my new PC finally arrives (yes, I'm a dork).
