Can't complete T3 Wholesaler task

As Ranger 27, Woodworker 27 was given a task by the Willow Woods Wayfarer's Stockpilers to collect 15 seafury mackerel. The quest giver will not accept my collected goods (which I collected, my journal tells me to turn them in, and they are all in my inventory plus a few more for good measure). He tells to come back when I have completed the order. I can neither complete the quest, change it for another, nor delete it.

Any ideas?

I think I had that happen once and I had moved the items out of my inventory or something like that. Once I had them on me it let me completet the quest.

Oh how I wish that were the problem but the items never left my inventory. SOE CS is forcing me to do full due diligence on this before they will help me.

what the heck is full due diligence? whatever it is, sounds extremely frustrating =( hope you get it figured out soon!

What it means is that SOE says it won't help you unless you have exhausted all sources of information including fellow players. What they are really saying is that they are innocent until proven guilty beyond a shadow of a doubt even when the evidence screams otherwise. :mad: Oops, may have slipped over the edge into a rant there.

I have the same problem with mackerals. I was able to delete the quest, but when I went for another one, it gave me the same one back. So a bit frustrated, I wandered off.

I was finally able to get a new task. The new task was for 15 T4 feyiron clusters. I wonder if the bug might be related to having a completed T3 task when what they really want from you is T4 stuff so they shun you until give up and get the higher level task. :p
