Have crafted arrows ever been buffed up at all? I tested back in tier 3 with carbonite arrows of all sorts but could never find a crafted one that did more damage than the vendor sold carbonite arrows.

I haven't yet checked the feyiron arrows yet but was wondering if anyone knows if the crafted arrows were ever improved other than amount/combine.

Thanks.

I'm not saying they were fixed, but I make tons of arrows for my assassin buddy. She says they massively outshine the vendor bought stuff. These are plain Carbonite Hunting Arrows I am talking about. They are an even con to me now, so I don't mind making tons of them for her :D

If this is true, it's a very recent change, with no note in a patch to call attention to it. I've personally tested both iron and carbonite arrows, vendor-bought versus crafted, and the crafted arrows have always consistently, and very noticeably, underperformed. The only use I've heard for crafted arrows up til now was the high-end blunt tipped version for Epic mobs with 100% resistance to piercing and slashing... maybe it's time to test again.

Let me know what you find... I bought about 2000 store bought feyiron's last time so I'm stil well stocked but if there is an improvement with the crafted I'll start cranking them out with the woodworker.
