As a tailor who can and does wear armor made by his own hand, I have a question for those who may have experimented with the new imbued armors.

If I attune it and wear it for a while, can I imbue it later or do I need to imbue it before it's attuned?

It's probably a moot question, since I get the rare BP recipe the same level I get the imbue, but I do get the legs a level before, so I may as well ask anyway. I hope someone has an answer for me. :)

Im 99% sure that you can imbue attuned items, and in fact it causes them to un-attune, which can be useful to sell outdated rare equipment you made for yourself. Not sure if they will change that or not, but that's the way it stands at the moment.

Thanks,

Update: I made the legs when I hit 48, wore them for a while, and when I made 49 I did in fact imbue them. Then I re-attuned them and I wear them. I'm very impressed with the look of the armor, BTW. Very nice.
