Anyone gotten drunk in beta?

I was just curious if this was something they were holding back on us until live :)

I just hope that when you are, not only do YOU have effects, but WE get to see you stumbling all over the place! (Though I'd rather not see you making a mess on yourself! :eek: )

Havent found any beverage that gets you drunk yet, I really hope it will be implemented at release. The game is after all rated T for drinking...

I have drunk enough of my own wares to know that in beta, there were no drunk effects, but I'm pretty sure I read somewhere that there will be drunk effects in game..

Yeah I know they made them for the game, I just wondered if they had it in beta because I didn't hear about it. Guess we will see it in live. You will have to work that alcohol tolerance up now too ;)

I took a Dwarf around all the newbie towns last night looking for folks to join me in a last drink of Ale with trusted friends, not a single bar/tavern sold Beer/Ale. They all were selling Water, must be a dry state or something. I did have 10 Ale's left from a quest reward :D No Effects.

Not to worry! There are plenty of recipes for drinks and one of these days I bet some of them will actually get you drunk instead of helping regen. :)
