Not sure how helpful this may or may not be, but I figured I would post it, just in case no one has thought of doing it.
Start the "These Boots Were Made For Walking" quest as soon as possible. While you do this, make sure you get the wholesaler tasks to correspond with the lumber and/or stones from Antonica (T2).
This is a good way to knock out both quests at the same time. When you have gathered the 100 lumber and 100 stones, you only need to have kept 50 of each. This will allow you to run 3 wholesaler tasks for wood and/or 3 for stone simultaneously earning you cash.
Again, this is kinda elementary, but I thought I would put it out there.
