as per here (http://eqiiforums.station.sony.com/eq2/board/message?board.id=tup&message.id=19)

*** Happy Erollisi Day! ***

- The festival that honors the Queen of Love, Erollisi Marr, is nearly upon us! Seek out members of the Swornlove family, who need your help to celebrate this day of love and friendship. Aaronolis is found on the bridge outside the North Qeynos gates, and Annalisa is found outside the West Freeport gates near the towers. Lend them a hand and you will have a charming holiday!

*** Gameplay ***

- The fizzle rate on orange, yellow, and white-con spells has been reduced.
- Casting a healing spell on yourself while nearby group members are in battle will result in the caster regenerating health and power at the in-combat rate.
- Negative, Null, and Nil Absolution spells no longer share reuse timers.
- Nil Absolution now lowers strength instead of agility.
- The reuse timer on the Arch Lich Udalan and King Zalak raid zones is now 18 hours on success, 6 hours on a failure.
- Classes that have the Dual Wield skill should now be able to make use of both weapons.
- The quality of drops from level 50 epic raid encounters has been increased.
- The Nektulos Forest bell to Enchanted Lands should once again be working properly.
- Items that have been attuned or that are marked as no trade can now be sold to NPC merchants.
- Note: Hyran's Angry Sonata, Alin's Soothing Serenade, and Kian's Destructive Anthem did not have their durations increased since they are not buffs. Sorry for the confusion.

*** Tradeskills ***

- Using the new crafting abilities to create components not normally made by your profession requires additional fuel, since you haven't mastered the skills from which these new recipes originate.
- You can now consume food and drink properly when performing tradeskills.

*** UI ***

- Made further refinements to the examine window for spells, arts, potions, poisons, and tradeskill arts. Please report any bugs or inconsistencies that you find.
- Fixed some resizing issues with the new Target window.
- NPC names should be centered better in the world view.
- Changed the default targeting options so that an arrow indicates the current target and there are no frames around the names of encounter members. As always, you can change the options to your liking.
- Fixed the Implied Target window to use the new con system.
- Updated file: e2qui_mainhud_impliedtarget.xml

speaking from a craftsman POV :

seeing trinoid reagent, resin, oil and tempers are costing 1 fuel (washes still missing :p ) (bugging again)

iron gual dye and ink are 2 fuel.

which leads me to believe its not the ink and dye that are reversed Technique/Knowledge, but the chems -- which could explain why they got passed over for the double fuel. (bugging)
moving on to the forge

studs, shods, struts, plate, buckle, hammer head, iron chain links, crossgaurd, edge, hook, pommel, rings - double fuel (removed iron bar because even the new book recipe still asks for 1 fuel - not certain if its an error or not)

however I am doubled up on recipe for iron plate from scribing craftsman essentials 10 so I also have single fuel options for this recipe.

oh. and consuming food does finally really actually work while crafting. :p

Anya,

Any change on the vendor prices yet?

I noticed that the tier I resins, washes etc are being sold for just 1 copper? Any idea why this dropped?

The prices are now meant to based on 120% of the fuel cost. But is it the fuel cost? For instance, if an item was made from 3 sub components and two of them each had 2 sub components. The we have 1 fuel for the final, 3 for the subs, and 4 for the sub subs for a total of 8 fuel. So at T3 [96 copper] that comes to about 8 Silver, so the selling price should be about 9.5 silver. Can you check one of these? I am trying to level a crafter fast, but it will take time.

only person I've spoken with was a tier 3 sage who said his spells (using 11 fuel @ 96 copper) sells back to merchant 2 silver 66 copper. that's a large loss. ( i believe this was also at a city merchant not a tradeskill merchant which, I guess, are a bit more lenient about buyback than their city partners)

no idea as to the why for wash and resin price reduction on merchants. Perhaps it will motivate people to further level their wholesalers? I dunno

edit : figuring out the math just looking at the contents of my pack its about a 20-22% difference in sellback between the wholesaler merchant and the guy in town.

second edit : ~%40 difference between tradeskill merhcant and 'in field' merchants such as the one next to the lighthouse in Antonica.

From what you've listed, it seems refines are 1 fuel, interims are 2 fuel

well I am prov by trade so I can spot an interrim drink or food but not for other trades so well ;) I appreciate the help!

So I went to another machine and filtered for refine this time to be sure what I was looking at and (remember this is from a craftsmans POV)

loom shows me FIVE recipes for burlap thread. 2 from apothecary essentials, 2 from weaving essentials and 1 from craftman essentials. all asking 1 filament.

burlap yarn - 3 recipes (2 from weaving and 1 from craftsman.) all asking 1 fuel

stretch of tanned leather asks for 1 fuel

filtered for interrim

plate, hilt, binding, cord, harness and strap all ask for 2 fuel.

From the woodworking station

both recipes for maple lumber (Woodcraft and Fletching) show 1 fuel

filtered for interrim

two recipes for turned lumber -timbercraft - 2 fuel and fletching - 1 fuel
same for dowel, quill, stave and planed lumber.
