Awesome job. Very good use of space and yet still very appealing to the eye =)

I would love to do some more creative things like that in my 2 room apartment, unfortunately it also serves as a guild house and we have a gnome wizzy who is addicted to books. I think we're allowed 200 items and I imagine about 75 to 100 of them are his books!

Sounds nice but a bit annoying for someone who wants furniture beyond books and shelves :D
Is there no possibility to have a compromise with the bookloving one? That he has, let's say 25-50 books in your guild apartment and stores the rest in his room?
