Tier 4 and 5 Wholesaler Quests

Not sure if this has been covered somewhere else, but do tier 4 and 5 wholesaler quests exist? I'm adventure lvl 35 and still getting tier 3 quests. If they exist what lvl to they become available and what is the reward?

I haven't been given one yet, but my toon is only 32 warden/19 outfitter.

I was under the impression that tradeskill society quests were based on max skill, not on level. Could be wrong though...

I've heard they won't be available until your wholesaler society reaches L20. However, I am L34 adv/L40 armorer (with maxed harvesting skills around 205)and I still get T3 tasks.
