Looking for tier 4 counters

I'm trying to update the article (http://eq2.eqtraders.com/articles/article_page.php?article=g26&menustr=040000000000) on the main site, and there's no info on tier 4 in the appropriate thread (http://mboards.eqtraders.com/eq2/showthread.php?t=990), so I'm asking for help.

I noticed you also don't have all of the tier 3 information either so here's tier 3 and tier 4...
(these are in order of the icons on the skill page)

Tier 3

Chiseling - Counters Minor Knot, Knot, Major Knot, Minor Unyielding Board, Unyielding Board, Major Unyielding Board - Progress is increased, but durability is lowered

Whittling - Counters Minor Kickback, Kickback, Major Kickback - Progress is increased at the cost of some power

Estimate - Counters Minor Mismeasurement, Mismeasurement, Major Mismeasurement - Progress is increased but the change of a sucess is lowered

Tier 4

Carving - Counters Minor Knot, Knot, Major Knot, Minor Unyielding Board, Unyielding Board, Major Unyielding Board - Durability is increased, but progress is lowered

Detail - Counters Minor Kickback, Kickback, Major Kickback Durability is increased at the cost os some power

Appraise - Counters Minor Mismeasurement, Mismeasurement, Major Mismeasurement - Durability is increased but the chance of a sucess is lowered
