I'm trying to update the article (http://eq2.eqtraders.com/articles/article_page.php?article=g26&menustr=040000000000) on the main site, and there's no info on tier 4 in the appropriate thread (http://mboards.eqtraders.com/eq2/showthread.php?t=990), so I'm asking for help.
please?

T 4 buffs for carpenter : (to the best of my knowledge)
Muse :
allows you to counter Minor Distraction, Distraction, and Major distraction. durability is increased but the chance of succes is lowered.
power = 98
icon is the same as concentrate
Smelting :
allows you to counter minor impurity bubble, impurity bubble, and major impurity bubble. durability is inceared but at the cost of some of your power.
power = 98
icon is the same as metalurgy
Wedge Joint :
allows you to counter minor loose joint, loose joint and major loose joint. Minor misalignment, misalignment and major misalignment. Durabulity is increased but progress is lowered.
icon is the same as dovetail joint.
havent made much T4 stuff yet, so no info alas on the durability / progress.

that's a good start :) what is your max power pool (smelting is 98 out of ?) and are you sure Muse uses power?

Sorry I've not dug this out sooner ... here's another example of where the descriptions still don't always match what the skill actually do.
Muse *says* it uses power ... but doesn't. :)
@ Level 38 carpenter, smelting uses 119 of 851 power. (Just over 7%)
After the day I've had, I don't trust my math on the fly, so:
Wedge joint turns a normal -10, +50 round into +10, +25 ... so +20, -25 or something like that
Muse turns a -10, +50 into a -10, +66 ... so 0, +16
Smelting was a pain and took 10 tries before I could get a "normal" round off it. +20, 0
