Looking for tier 4 counters

I'm trying to update the article (http://eq2.eqtraders.com/articles/article_page.php?article=g26&menustr=040000000000) on the main site, and there's no info on tier 4 in the appropriate thread (http://mboards.eqtraders.com/eq2/showthread.php?t=990), so I'm asking for help.

Description for the tier 4 counters is like this.
braze = + durability - power
solidify = + durability, - chance
Drawing Metal = + durability, - progress

They took off specific details from the descriptions. Adds/decreases is as good as you're going to get.

Descriptions never had actual numbers, until they put power usage in. These numbers were determined by the 'floating numbers' on each tick. That's what I'm asking for.

I'm not very good at this tracking numbers thing but I think they are as follows:

Braze: +15 durability, -14% power
Solidify: +10 durability, - success chance
Drawing Metal: +5 durability, -15 progress
