wooden instruments ??

ok this is probably going to belong in the woodworking section but im sure carpeters would know, whats up with all those wooden instruments we can make ?? do they do anything ? i asked once in our crafting channel and everyone said they were broken or did nothing, at first i assumed it would be a bard item, then i thought maybe a house item, my idea, tell me this wouldnt rule, a clickable house item that played a little tune depending on the instrument, does anyone know what their real intention is and if they are working yet ?

As I understand, they are intended for Bards to enhance their songs, and they are not working yet. Also, they do eventually fall under the Woodworker class.

yeah i know, i acually did check that forum first, but i find my fellow carpenters the most knowledgable above all other tradeskillers plus they didnt have a thread about it, i still like my idea of playing music at home
