Deformed ??? Bars

While trying some of my sub combines I created some deformed metal bars I am curious to know if they are just waste or can i make or reform them into something. This is the formost source of all things TS and I thank everyone for their imput.

When you flub to the point that your durability bar goes red and disappears before you cancel out, you receive a deformed, mangled, or otherwise munged item that can be reused as a raw material. In this case, it would be in place of the raw metal that you used (in place of an iron cluster if it's deformed iron, etc.)
