looks like they updated some of the abilities.. pre-patch power usage on the chain icon abilities was as follows:
T1 T2 T3 T4
Power 6 14 18 21
post-patch it is now
T1 T2 T3 T4
Power 7 12 14 14
numbers are in percents.
I'll post any other findings I see. means I have to redo all my number tests for all my chars.. /cry
on the bright side though.. it *looks* like they managed to NOT update plates/chain recipies like they claimed... (At least for T4) GRRR
I already processed my bars into sheets, plates and studs, so can't tell yet.
