Are some of the bone recipes bugged?

Bone pike was asking for a maple stave when I inspected it at the forge - don't know what works with it.

And I'm not sure what they are looking for on the bone buckler when it calls for 2 cured cords and 2 refined cured. Is that the rare leather for tier 2?

i'm having the same problem, Bone long bow is calling for maple stave. However, the saw horse accepts neither the bone nor the maple stave in the recipe. (even though i have both in my inventory)
