Provisioneer fix

I am stuck at work. Anyone know if the provisioneer issues with skill ups and skill cons have beenfixed?

I got a skillup DURING the crafting process. Only made one item, but I noticed the artistry skillup ding in the middle of crafting.

Skills still did not have required and mastery levels on them.

OMG! this is good news if the artistry skill is fixed!

I may grind myself up to 30 tonight and clear all the meats and fish and grains and coffee beans I've been saving up all this time!

1.5 hrs til I get off of work! wahhh!
