Looking for NPC Vendors

Sorry if I missed it somewhere but i cant seem to find the npc vendor who sells the sage volumes 21+. Can anyone give me directions. Thanks! :)

Your scholar society merchant, that sold you your level 10-19 scholar essentials books also sells the sage, jeweler and alchemist essentials books.

Thats just the problem, I can't identify who that merchant is. I have only bought from broker. My merchant in the luminary cafe only sells level 0-9 spells.

Lookup the name of the Scholar society in the zone you live in/craft in and go join it. (if you look at the map of the zone it should appear. Or use Alt W to find it) The merchant downstairs in that society sells all the essentials books from 10 up. SInce you mention "The Luminary Cache" I assume you are in starcrest in which case you want "The Counsel of Starcrest"

And yes, you can join 1 scholar and one wholesale society at the same time.
