In a way I suppose this applies to all tradeskill classess.
With more and more artisans leveling everyday, I notice alot more things for sale on broker.
When I started, I used to see 2-5 pages of food for sale. Last night there was 47 pages of food for sale, and I couldnt shift T3 drinks at 1 gold a stack (coffee).
Unless something is done to increase player consumption, isnt this just going to get worse?
Im tempted to just made food/drink for myself and guild in future, and gain money via adventuring. Most of my sales lately have been from item drops.

I've noticed that the only thing I CAN sell is drinks. I've pretty much stopped buying meats and veggies. I might sell a stack every other night or so but I sell about two stacks of drinks a night. I don't cover the cost of buying tier 5 supplies, but that's what workshop quests are for I guess. Now, if they'd only put in workshop tasks past tier 3 so I don't have to do grey stuff...

Maybe food needs to have something more to it than just regen?
As a healer I eat the summoned food I have, as I can heal myself fine with the drinks I make.

I can sell food, but at greatly reduced prices as compared to the drinks I make.

after making quite a bit of stuff and handing it out to friends, the consensus seems to be: High end food is for soloing non-healers, or mini-groups with no healers. If there's a healer in the group, there's really no need for it.

I think that once everyone starts getting higher in level, they will start seeing the benefits of the player made food and drink. Its nice being able to pull non stop, and if the regen is good on the food and drink that is less that everyone has to wait. I wish that everyone knew about the benefits of the food and drink. It would make healers and enchanters jobs easier. If a group only needs to stop for a few seconds to get there health and power back up to full it saves everyone time. I think after the *BIG Patch* with the description being put in and the time that they player made food and drink goes up you will see people willing to spend the money on the stuff.
