I was under the impression that you need the prime/top of the list ingredient to be pristine to be able to create a pristine end product.
That is not the case with jewelry.
I can make pristine when the top ingredient is simply fashioned and not pristine.
I thought you were not even supposed to get the option to create a pristine if the prime ingredient was not up to par.
What is the deal?
example being Agate Ring
Agate is top ingredient, then gold plate, then gold band (forget exact name), then coal.
Three agates were one step under pristine yet still made 3 pristine rings.
