Can a provisioner do some simple fletching?

I am planning on becoming a provisioner, and my partner is planning on playing a ranger. Would it be possible for me to make her decent quality arrows, since both Provisioners and Woodwrorkers are Craftswomen?

Greetings :)

You will be helpful in the beginning up to level 19 or 20 whenever it is you pick provisioner, after that your recipes will mostly deal with food and drink and you won't be learning the higher level woodworker recipes.

Is there any arrows that can be crafted in the artisan 1-9 level?

Yes. There are tin arrows (1-9) and steel arrows (10-19) I am not sure after that (though I am sure they exist)

currently it is cheaper to buy arrows than to make them... *BUT* he has not done the promised economy pass :)
