Failed Scribing with Suzuri Ink

I successfully made a Suzuri ink but failed on the scribing. I ended up with a cracked bottle of ?????? reagent. Thats the reagent used to make suzuri dye. I can't recall what name now. Anyway is there anything I can do to salvage this cracked bottle? It is no value no trade etc
P.S. I've since maxxed my Scribing out. It won't happen again.

Your cracked bottle of (I'm guessing tetranoid) reagent can most likely be used in place of silver or coral to make a new pristine vial of tetranoid reagent, which can be refined into suzuri dye and then suzuri ink.

When you mangle a piece of jewellry that has electrum something as the primary ingredient, you end up with deformed electrum, which is the same as raw electrum in that it can be refined into a pristine electrum bar.

Wow...I had no idea it worked like that. I was sweating bullets on the Adept 3's I made for a friend :).

You'll get the same result if you fail to scribe the actual spell... same cracked bottle of tetranoid reagent.

I'm soooooo glad they added that as a failsafe.

with Coral now at 18 gold that is good to know .

But you need to make some less spells and bang the hi-buff to get your
scribing to max then make the hight lvl spells.

ok, was making the suzuri ink and was fine up until the actual ink combine, and try as I might, I only wound up with a regular suzuri ink (non-pristine), I'm not sure what to do now, is my only hope of a second try on this to try making a spell out of the ink, and manage to fail to make even the lowest level version, which I'm assuming is adept 1. my scribing skill is good, so that could be difficult to do, I might wind up getting a successful crude level version.

Don't worry, even at crude level you still get an Adept III.

The only time there is variance in quality with spells is the normal level combines. The rare ones are Adept III for all levels.

Ohh, very nice to know Ausversucht. I thought you would end up with Adept I, II, II, III. I have two coral I was lucky enough to forage that I have been sitting on.

At least I knew about the cracked vial re-useability.

The next question is do I use scribe the spell I make for myself or sell it :/

Is this used BTW to make the Tellurian recruit adept 3? I have the coral, i saved up to buy it, thinking that I needed Suzuri ink to make that spell, but then tellurian recruit isnt listed under the things the ink can be used for =/ any scholars know what ink is needed? or was the list not completed?

I can confirm that scribing Adept skills of any quality level will always result in Adept 3. Last night I made myself Breeze Adept 3 :D Happy group, happy me.

Yes, silver or coral (Suzuri Ink) is used to make adept Tellurian Recruit. :) Have you scribed the volume with the adept recipe yet?
