need help

I have reached my Adept 3 spells and now it's calling for Copper or Raw Lapis Lazuli, Can someone point me in the right direction for where i can get these items plz

rare tier 1 (Forest Ruins, Peat Bog etc) spawns from Rock nodes.

The very short answer is there's no specific place you go to harvest that stuff. It's rare...as in very rare. Read the links for more information. But no one is mass-producing Adept III scrolls/rune/essenses, nor is the system designed so that you should be able to. Take care,
