Sorry if this is posted somewhere, but I am pulling my hair out trying to find it. I cannot find the NCP that will let me advance to level 20 tailor in Qeynos :confused: . The FAQ simply says that information will be added later.

I'm not sure if the last answer is true.
I distinctly remember that the woman giving this choice is in Qeynos Harbor, near the City merchant, at the doors of a big building near harbor exit. As I didn't chose at the time, I had to "ESC" the choice.

The lady's name is Devanna Ironforge. She is located in Qeynos Harbor near the bridge outside of the harbor.

Hm, maybe Breez is thinking Freeport? I've also heard that its mentioned in the online help system. I haven't checked it personally though.
