Missing a recipie?

Currently am level 24 provisioner and went to make majoram soup broth..level 22 book which is scribed...however majoram soup broth isnt there. Anyone else have this problem?

i have the recipe but i don't recall which book it was in

examine the recipe tsun, it'll say what book it was in.

it's definitely in book 22, level 24 recipe. I checked today.

I have scribed level 22 book unfortunately it doesnt show up in my recipe book. But atm with the major screw up..all my recipies and quests are gone. hopefully with the fix i will get that recipe
