Inventors Cape, is it bugged or what?

I scribed outfitters essentals volume 16 and got 3 new nice recipes.

Inventor's Cape
Inventor's Shoes
Tanned Leather Satchel

The problem is that according to the recipe then you look at Inventors's Cape is should use:

Burlap Cloth
1 Tanned leather Boots !!
1 Tanned Binding !!
1 Fuel

I still wonder how you should fit the boot & the binding to make a shoulder item.

Im guessing you would tie the boots together with the binding and the hang em around your neck?

It is a display bug. I've managed to make one last night using

The Inventor's Bloomers are bugged though. Pristine results in a shaped version. :(

I made pristine Inventor's Bloomers the other night (Monday, I think); at least, that's what the name said. I didn't check the stats against other qualities, so maybe it was named "pristine" but had shaped stats, but it definitely said it was pristine...

Are you sure this bug hasn't been fixed?
