Tier 4 access?

Trying to find out information about tier 4 and it seems a bit sparse.

I'm a level 29 provisioner and level 18 predator. Do I understand correctly that my options at level 30 are going to be either 1) work on adventuring and get lvl 25 and a nice group of friends who can escort me to Enchanted Lands to harvest or 2) hope that tier 4 harvests become available soon on the bazaar?

I understand that you can do tradeskills without adventuring but I'm not sure if that's based on open market (using others to get your goods) or if I'm missing something.

I'm not this far yet, but I thought you could also just level your Provisioner to 32, and gain access that way. Yep, will be much slower, as you have to do lower level combines, but I think that's the path open without adding in adventuring.

Once you get 32 crafting you can zone to tier4.

(however, you can not buy a boat ticket from town, like the spoiled adventurers get to, you have to run it)

is there a quest to the enchanted lands or upon dingage 25, head to zone line? :confused:

oops, forgot to add, where is the zone to enchanted lands? map website is sweet and been using if for a while now but not seeing the zone there. :(

enchanted lands is same deal as zek, you can zone in there as a 32 crafter or adv level OR do a quest at 25 to get there.

Zoneline for E. lands is a bell on the dock in Nek.

Also, what is the harvesting skill level required to harvest Tier 4?

Where do you zone into Enchanted lands from?
The Mariner's Bell at the very end of the pier in Port Naythex, Nektulos Forest. You can also travel by boat there once you're a 32nd level adventurer if you buy a ticket in East Freeport or Qeynos Harbor.
