Where is the Ash Strong Box recipe?

I "examined" all of the woodworker books from 20 to about 35 and cannot find what level the Ash Strong Box recipe is at. I am a level 21 Wookworker on Mistmoore and would like to know when I will be able to make those.

Carpenters make the strongboxes. Before being upset, that is one of their few items that have a very functional gameplay value.

Their furniture gives status somehow, but I am clueless as to how that will work out.
