Has it been brought formally to the attention of SOE that a significant portion of provisioner recipes are gained in an incorrect order?
What I mean by that is, you might get candied fayberry (which requires refined cinnamon) at level 20, but you don't get the recipe to refine cinnamon until level 21.
This happens frequently throughout the Provisioner tree. It's worst when you get a workshop task asking for items which you can't make because of this exact issue (the finished recipe is in your cookbook, but the components used to make it are still higher level).

I believe Sony did that on purpose just to frustrate us. :D :(

Ding 40 was great. Then I scribed the level 40 book. 3 recipies. 2 require items I dont have recipies for yet. Yay. Time to make more tier 4 stuff till I get a fish refine at 42.

Hey Skarsol, how do I get to enchanted lands?
I'm level 30 provisioner now. I hear at level 32 I can travel there without doing the access quest. Do I have to pick up a boat in Nektulos somewhere, or is the entrance elsewhere?

There is a bell on the Nek dock that will become usable at 32.

As my one char started cooking she noticed that also. She had a lvl 4 recipe that used baked flounder , basil and fuel. But the recipe for baked flounder is lvl 6  . If you are not on the isle of refuge it could be done if you had money, since the merchant sells both the baked flounder and basil, but a little ridiculous. If trying to get skills up while on the isle , impossibe.
You may have noticed also that you can harvest raw basil , but there is no recipe to refine it so you need to buy it to make all the recipes that call for it.
Best thing is to put in feedback about it. If everyone complained about the recipes being out of order or something like none for the raw basil to be refined then maybe they would fix that. Just a thought.
