Bugged Inventors Bloomers - is it just me?

(I read the Known bug issue thread in the general section and didn't see this listed.)

I made a pair of Inventor's Bloomers the other night and things went horribly wrong. I only got a shaped version out of it. That is fine as that is all I deserved due to a bad crafting session.

I tried again detiermined to get a better result. I fought hard and spent the last 50% of the process at less than 10% durability on my Pristine bar. At times it was so low that the green bar was only 1 pixel wide.

After this 4-5 min battle with the loom I finished and got my pristine. So I checked the stats and I see I had examined the wrong one, as I had the shaped version up. So I found the other pair in my bag and it TOO was a shaped pair. /boggle

It was my only time attempting this and I had made only 2 and I had 2 in my inventory but both were shaped. I even still had my Tradeskill window open showing that is was pristine.

That is when I looked at my window

1st bar - crude tailored inventor's bloomers
2nd bar - shaped tailored inventor's (<--- note lack of the word bloomers)
3rd bar - tailored inventor's bloomers
4th bar - shaped tailored inventor's (<--- note lack of the word bloomers again)

No that isn't a typo both the 2nd and 4th bars were named shaped.

I /bug 'd it and I also petitioned to see if they could give me a pristine pair. I also have a screen shot just incase.

Has anyone else seen this issue?

I wonder if this is related to the vangard armor bug, where the max quality is shifted from the regular series - check the bottom section of this thread for more details.

Still waiting for a response on my petition but I like how I can track it and update it...

So I tried again last night. 1st thing I notice is shaped is still on the 4th bar as the name, and when i did complete the pristine level I did in fact get another shaped.

At least I got what it advertised =D

Thanks for the link, that is similar to my problem in that it is bugged, but their issue is that the quailty of plates is giving the wrong number of possible bars.

I always have 4 possible bars it is jsut that 2 of them are labled shaped and none are labled pristine.

If anyone else gets the same result please /bug it

If you are on guk I will provide any materials just so I can find out if it is my charator or a recipe bug.

Bugged this on Everfrost today as well.

I got a offical response to my petition to replace the shaped items with Pristine items. They said sorry can't happen. Please /bug it.

Oh well I sorta expected that but I wish they would have at least read where I said I have already bugged it.
