I need some advice. Should I choose woodworker, carpenter or provisionar. MY goal is to make some coin that I can put in the bank and use to upgrade my spells equipment as I level up over the coming months.

Which one is the most beneficial to me to reach that goal?

Well, if you intend to go into merchant mode to sell your wares, consider this.

Provisioner's items stack. So you can sell stacks of items at a low margin.
Woodworkers items mostly don't stack but you can sell individual items for a higher price. With the exception of quills, paper and patterns.
Carpenter items don't stack and strong boxes way a ton but you will have all the bank space you could possibly want and more.

Tough question. Do you really enjoy the crafting aspect, or is it just something to do for profit? If it's just for coin, I'd say Provisioner. Woodworker and Carpenter are going to require more commitment of time and resources to develop relationships with other crafters to get what you need.

If your primary interest is adventuring, Provisioners can work pretty much independantly. You can harvest here and there while you adventure till your bank is stuffed with stacks of raw materials. At that point, spend a few hours making stacks of drink & food. Then go trader mode while you're sleeping or off at work. And folks that craft a lot love drinks. You could probably trade drinks for spell & equipment upgrades.
