I'm Making Laborer's Bloomers and It needs a couple items that im unfirmilier with.

-- Generic Pattern

-- Rawhide Harness

Could anybody assist me in finding out where these are located?

They are both crafted items which you'll find in you recipe book. Should be Generic Threadbare Pattern which requires thread, paper and filiment. Can't remember what the rawhide harness requires, but they are in your book regardless. :)
