Roughspun Thread????

So i have a workshop task to make some something or another mitts.

Main ingredient is Roughspun cloth.
To make that cloth you need roughspun thread and burlap yarn.

To make roughspun thread it says you need Roughspiun?? or raw sisal.

What the heck roughspun is i have no idea.

Raw sisal? closet thing i can find is sisal root. I have gathered one of these so far. Broker has 2 at 1g and the other 4g each.

What the heck is roughspun and or raw sisal?

Is it the root? god i hope not.

go ahead and get yourself a new task.

i have observed that all of the dropped books i have seen take rare harvests like black iron, average pelts, raw sisal, etc. which are very hard to get a hold of, making them impractical. they need to increase the rate of drops of these rare components at least by a little bit so that your average artisan/explorer can harvest one every now and then. i mean the recipe books are more common than the components needed to make em :/

i think may be rare components should drop as chest loot from mobs too

make sure you /bug it. i dont think you should be getting tasks requiring rare drops.

lol last night i saw on the broker a pristine blackened iron forged weapon for about 1.5g and the cheapest blackened iron was 2.5g....is that messed up or what i agree that the stuff should be rare, because the items you can make with it are pretty decent, but rare drops need to be a little more common so that its at least worthwhile to buy it to make something

I've seen Blackened Iron Dirks for sale for like 20sp, but pieces of Blackened Iron Cluster for sale for 3gp. I just think that is funny. Wish there were recycle recipes so I can turn that Dirk back into Refined Iron.

And the "Roughspun" you can use as an ingrediant is what you sometimes get back from a utter totall fail on making an item that uses roughspun thread ( the durability bar gets to 0 and it was still crude)

that is not a forged weapon, that is the dropped version. i have seen the pristine blackened iron weapons going for 1-1.5 gp
