Refined Tin

I can't seem to buy this recipie anywhere.

Is this a wholesaler bought component only or can we make it? Kinda stuck atm, cos everything I wanna make for skillups revolves around refined tin.

Anyone able to help me out please?

A lot of recipes are misnamed. The recipe in the list and the item called for in other recipes can differ. Refined tin is as the guy above me posted, a "Tin Bar" recipe. You should have this recipe by default at a forge without having to buy any books.
